To register a Company from scratch can be a big headache. Luckily we are here to help.
The Registration of new CC's (Closed Corporations) was discontinued in 2011.

Registering a new company from scratch, involves 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Reservation of Name

The First step in registering a company from scratch, is to reserve a possible name for your company.
We will supply you with a simple form to complete, to supply us with 4 possible names for your new company. We then send in these names to the registar to check the company registry for which of the names you supplied, are available. If a name is available, that name will be reserved for a period of 2 months, which in this time, we can then move on to step 2 which is the actual registration process.
If none of the names you supplied are available, we have to start again and send in 4 new possible names.

Step 2: Registration Process

Only once the Name Reservation process are complete and a name was reserved, we can move on 
to step 2.

Once we have a valid Name Reservation Certificate, we can begin with the Registration application.

We will supply you with the application documentation to complete, to gather all the info that is needed for the registration process. (Incorporators, Addresses, Contact details, etc.)

Once we receive all your info, we then capture the details on the CIPC (Registrar) Website for approval.

Once your application is approved, we print the final documents for you and all the other directors (if any) 
to be signed.

We then hand deliver all the documents to the Registrar in Pretoria for the final registration process.

The following supporting documentation will be needed to accompany your Company Incorporation & Registration:

  • 2 Copies of each Director & Incorporator's ID Document, each on a separate page. 
    (Certified by a commisioner of oaths)

  • Details of the Auditor who will be doing your company's books 
    (Name, Address, Tel no & Registration no)

  • A Power of Attorney that gives us permission to register the company on your behalf.
    (We will supply)

Step 3: Finalising the Process

Once we delivered your Registration documents to the Registrar, we follow up on a regular basis to assure the process keeps on going.

The Registrar will let us know the moment that your final Registration Certificates are ready for Collection.

We then fetch fhe final documentation as quick as possible and put together everything you need you need to start your company.

REGISTRATION DURATION: (How long does it take?)

The duration of registering a new company nowadays can take up to 15 working days to complete.
